Due to the customized and time-based nature of consulting services, this Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments and service engagements.
• Fees for completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.
• If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered fulfilled.
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time may be denied or subject to a rescheduling fee.
Once work has commenced on:
• Strategic planning
• Operational analysis
• Custom reports
• Business modeling
• Compliance guidance
All associated fees are non-refundable.
This includes research time, analysis preparation, and documentation development.
For prepaid consulting packages or retainers:
• Fees are non-refundable once services begin.
• Unused portions may expire after the agreed service period unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients agree to contact Dieudonné Luxe Noir Co. directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Failure to seek resolution before filing a chargeback may result in:
• Immediate termination of services
• Recovery of administrative and dispute-related fees
• Legal recovery of outstanding balances where permitted by law
Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Dieudonné Luxe Noir Co. in cases involving:
• Documented system errors
• Duplicate charges
• Billing mistakes
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
